Shipments are made exclusively by express courier: order processing normally takes between 2 and 5 working days.
On average, the carrier takes 2/4 days to deliver products in Italy, 3/4 days for EU countries and 4/7 days for non-EU countries.
As soon as the product is ready for delivery, you will be provided with a TRACKING code via email to follow the shipment.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs of the Products destined for a Customer in Italy are included in the Price.
The shipping costs for Products destined for countries (other than Italy) within the European Union are €15.
The shipping costs of Products destined for a country outside the European Union are provided to the Customer during the Product purchase procedure and added to the Price.
Any taxes and customs duties due for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier upon delivery of the Products.
